ProbeFit is intended for personal fitness tracking and related features. You agree to use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

2) Account and Access

3) Subscriptions and Payments

Any paid subscription is processed and managed through Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Google Play policies.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes

5) Feature Availability

Features and functionality may be added, changed, or removed over time. We may update the App to improve performance, security, or user experience.

ProbeFit provides fitness tracking and informational support only and does not provide medical advice. You should consult qualified professionals for medical guidance.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8) Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
