Delete Your ProbeFit Account

This page explains how ProbeFit users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

1) How to delete your account

  1. Open the ProbeFit app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm deletion.

2) What is deleted

  • Your ProbeFit sign-in account (Firebase Authentication).
  • Local app data stored on your device for that account (for example: workouts, goals, and settings).
  • Account-linked identifiers used for authentication and account state.

3) What may be retained

  • Billing and transaction records managed by Google Play, where required.
  • Limited security and diagnostic logs for a short retention period, if required for fraud prevention or legal obligations.

4) If deletion does not complete

  • Sign in again and retry deletion.
  • Contact Support if the problem continues.
